I am pleased to offer specialized workshops and private sessions.
All workshops are can be customized to meet your specific needs and intentions.
Yoga 101 – This 2 hour workshop will introduce you to the essential poses you will encounter in most yoga classes. We will also cover common props, basic philosophy, studio etiquette and basic modifications.
Mini Retreat – 2 or 4 hours. This mini retreat is all about giving you space to relax. A gentle yoga practice with many props to bring the yoga to your unique body. The 4 hour version can also include one of our many options:
– An active flowing practice
– A silent practice
– mandala making or colouring
– guided meditation
Mini Retreat Sessions can also be combined with Belly Soul workshops with Darla from Wild Spirit Belly Dance.
Introduction to Modifications (Yoga for All) – 2 hours. We are wonderfully diverse. Our bodies have unique needs and abilities. This 2 hour workshop will help you to find your modifications and use of props in a safe and judgement free environment. Perfect for you to take to your next class or home practice.
Yoga for the Shy – 2 hours or ongoing. Would you be more comfortable in private practice or just with people you know? This workshop is for you. If you have the space I will come to you (travel costs not included) and teach you and up to 4 friends in your own space. Sessions can also be arranged in studio space (subject to availability). Dip your toes into yoga in a place that you feel comfortable with.
Private Sessions – I am available for private classes. My hourly rate is $75 plus travel, space expenses and GST. Please inquire about availability and options.
